One of my favorite books by Elizabeth George. It's a good resource for women to have in their personal library. I have worn out or given away several copies. You can read the chapters consecutively or independently. I do suggest that you read part I (Managing Your Spiritual Life) first as it is foundational to everything. Then I personally think you can skip to another section if need be.
