I had purchased this water wave bundles in 2018 and it was labeled grade 7A at the time and was full n thick from roots to ends, however this is not the case this time around, they down grade a whole lot and putting less hair in these bundles. Very light thin ends that bare has curls, it doesn’t keep moist and it’s light weight! Omg I’m disappointed bcuz I’m gonna need To find a new merchant to get fuller volume bundles. I’m not liking these bundles.I wore this hair for about a month and I loved it! I am installing it again in about a week. I was initially skeptical about buying this hair because I've never purchased hair off of amazing, nor was I familiar with Perstar hair company aka 100% human hair factory. However after reading some mixed reviews.. weighing my options vs the good price of the hair.. I took a gamble and purchased the hair. The hair came really fast. I ordered it with prime and I think it even came the next day. When I opened the package it came with lashes, a nice not from the seller, and my 4 bundles of 18,20 20,22 and a 14 inch closure (Don't quote me on the lengths lol I know 18 was the shortest bundle length and 22 was the longest, but I don't remember which bundle I got two of).. After opening the hair there was no smell, some bundles felt softer than the others, but the curls were BEAUTIFUL! and the bundles moderately thick.. the wefts were also nicely constructed... and the closure curl matched the bundles! I will say though that the material used for the closure was different than the other Aliexpress closures I've tried and seemed of a little lesser quality.. but its nothing bleaching the hair and finessing baby hairs can't fix.soon, upon installing the hair, I found that after week one the hair needed moisture daily (like most curly hair) so I bought three products to maintain the curls 1. Kukui oil, 2. ogx curl defining cream 3. Argan 7 in 1... to maintain the hair I wet it with a spray bottle.. detangled it with a denman brush, applied the 7 in 1 then the curl defining cream then sprayed some oil to maintain moisture, defrizz and keep the shine.. and that was my routine up until I took the hair out. overall, the hair is nice for the price.. but not the best, and it will take maintenance to keep the curls popping.. so i gave it 5 stars because for 4 bundles and a closure.. the price matches the quality and the hair is still pretty decent.I purchased this hair the first time in Dec 2018 . Out the package, it’s Beautiful ? Soft, Bouncy & Thick (does have a slight smell) so definitely cowash before use (I used Moroccan Argon Shampoo). Installed w/ the closure, but after about a week.... I removed the closure (just didn’t like it) kinda puffy at the roots. Had my stylist tweak it & continued to rock the bundles. There is light shedding (make sure to use a paddle brush & no oils). I used the Remi detangling spray & some Shea Mosture leave in conditioner before I braided it up at nite. As you can see from my two pics, the pic in blue (original install), the hair had a more shiny look to it, but the curl was amazing. The second pic was 2 weeks in, after a second cowash (the hair looked a lot more natural in color, less shiny). This is hair I plan on purchasing again??I am on my 3rd purchase of this hair & still no major complaints. (Except that Amazon shipped me one bundle & I had to wait to be sent out the correct amount) Otherwise, the hair itself is great. I’ve had it dyed Brown w/ lite honey blonde streaks & also Cinnamon. Holds color well. As long as it stays the same, I’ll continue to buy.I gave four stars due to shipping .. I waited a week sadly .. but the hair is beautiful, most definitely trusting this company . I already recommended 6 people to buy this hair which they already placed orders!! My beauty stylist was drooling over this hairMORE ABOUT THE HAIR:The hair is soft and can finger comb through the curls.There is small Amount of shedding but I've only installed this hair for 3 days .. so I haven't fully experimented on the hair with dying or straightening... I have gotton no tangles this far.. and closure is beautiful ! All you need is a little plucking and bleaching and you are set!1month update:The hair is still full of volume , little to no sheddingThe hair still flows and I'm still getting complimentsYou do not need to put anything in this hair you just need to Add water .When u wash the hair it looks very curly and can wear it wet , when dries it reverts back to the tight curlsThis is now my forever company4 month review :This hair is still alive and kicking , it still flows with life.. to keep my hair and reusing it I would boil the hair in water with conditioner to take out all the products that I put in the hair that makes the hair heavy... I have had shedding , I had to cut off some of the lengths to keep this hair going. It can only keep for a while , but not something to reuse over and over againI give this product 4 stars because for the price it's good hair. You get what you pay for. This would normally cost me over $300 but I paid less than half. So I'm going to try and give a thorough review. The inital install was beautiful the curls were perfect then after a week it was a matted mess and the curls seemed to drop. The front was straight. I did wash it and all the curls came back it was very pretty but much flatter than before it looks like I have less hair in. More like a wet and wavy but the curls to drop again. This is better than getting $150 in pack hair so it's worth it!Length: the hair is true to length and when I washed it on my head became longer and had chunks coming out.Tangles: yes it tangles a lot, it sheds a lot! But it's curly hair I'm expecting it.Bundles: the bundles were full I have a little left of the three. I bought 20,22,24 and 20 inch bundle. Towards the end it does become a little thin however. You can see where the 22 stops.Closure: the closure does its job but it is very cheap looking.
