Every day I wake up and put in a bun. This hair stick is beautiful to me, and it works wonderfully. It stays in all day even while doing hard manual labor. There are only a couple times I caught it up on a tree branch or while changing my shirt, but you know immediately if it's hung up on something and you won't have to be unpleasantly surprised to not find it in your hair later on. I've slightly chipped the ear, but that's no fault of the craftsman and it's only noticeable upon close inspection. It's can bend slightly when under pressure which I think is weird, I've never known bone to bend, but nevertheless I'm happy with my hairstick.
