I’m 46 years old and always had paper thin nails. I started taking these vitamins and now my nails are hard and growing! They look better than ever!They may not taste great but they are good for you and easily digestible. I have Ben using them for a few years and will continue.Two vitamins a day; not too strong a flavor.Love how this vitamin makes me feel. I wish it didn’t have black cohosh in it because it makes me gain weight.Size and convenience of a tablet vs. powder.This is my new go-to multivitamin. Perfect blend of nurtrients, great formula too. The only downside is the price, it’s pricey. But if you can catch it on sale.. buy! It’s great and the perfect multivitamin.These vitamins are cover all the daily essentials needed. I personally, slips my tab in half and take half in the am and half at pm. This is my preference not what product label indicates.Well I made the mistake of ordering these tablets when I needed capsules. My small body would never digest this big of a tablet.I can’t return them. Bummer!I’m sure they’re fine for some one else and I know it’s supposed to be a good name brand. However I heard the company was bought out by another name brand. So I can’t vouch for it totally.
