Taken for 1 year. So much energy which I didn’t even realize till I missed like 5 days a few times this year. Great for my Anemia and vitamins good for my PCOS too and hopefully fertility, but has regulated my period for the first several times this year since over 15 yrs of irregular.. No dizzy spells from anemia unless I miss several doses. Keeps everything working for me.Flavor: I couldn’t stomach the taste at first taste, but now enjoy the flavor. It isn’t like anything I can compare it to for you. You need to SHAKE IT with each use, and I say TAKE IT AS A SHOT!!. I began with mixing with juice which is gross then with water but you’ve got too many sips when mixing it’ll be a gross concoction. Lol. But realized the shot is the way to go. And it actually tastes great.So, Just pretend it’s a morning shot you’ll be fine; in 4 days you’ll get used to it; That’s how long it took me to like it. Cause I was going to return it. And now l love it.I love this classic and use it as a tonic, but the PRICE that they are asking now is OUTRAGEOUS. It has been around for ages, but unfortunately, I'd rather die before I'd purchase it at these current prices. The only people using it are probably Boomers II generation and we've lived more than half of our lives already. So whatever years we're graced with from here on out, we certainly can do it without Geratol.Taste is bitter but it works.I liked the extra boost it gave me , and the ability to work out longer and harder.Recommend to a elderly friend. She’s taken two bottles already. Highly recommend if anemic.Nothing was wrong with product to my knowledge; but beware of sellers. I paid too much for this bottle and other sellers had it later for a lot less.I used this product to increase my energy level. It works great!The product arrived on time; it is something to supplement the iron and other vitamins in the body. I know of people who used this product when I was but a child.
