I love the satin capThe 1st bonnet i got that actually is satiny, using it to help promote hair growth and reduce breakage, so far so good. Washes well, no bleeding, and the drawstring is hidden well along the seam, so it hasn't bothered me. Very satisfied!Love that it’s reversible and it doesn’t slip off of my head while sleep.Not that good kinda uncomfortable ☹️It is Very large and won’t stay in place. It slides down over my face.i only wear a bonnet occasionally - i use it on the nights when i put oil in my hair to help with all the scalp things. i figure wearing a bonnet helps with keeping that oil off my pillowcase and therefore off my face. this one i consider to be easy to wear. although my hair is longer, it's not thick and plentiful, so there is ample space for all of my hair. my head isnt tiny - i've found this out via wigs - and there is basically a perfect fit. once it's on, it stays where i position it, all through the night - it doesnt work it's way down my face or roll off my head. it's very nice and silky and works well against my pillows in that it doesn't create friction. i just sleep like normal, rolling around, with my hair tucked away. my only fear going into the first use was that it would be hot. i've always known that if you cover your head, you're helping to keep that body heat contained. so i was concerned that it would keep all the heat in there and i would wake up in a terrible sweat. awesomely - the satin doesn't seem to keep the heat in. my body temp seems to stay the same - not waking up in a terrible sweat - so i consider it a win. as far as bonnets go - i think this one is pretty great. it's comfortable, doesnt overheat you, acts like a satin pillowcase, and helps keep your hair in place and your face clean. if you need a bonnet - it's a great optionMy hair is long now and I hate to wake up in the morning with it tangled. This bonnet helps. The one I received did not arrive smelling bad (although I've had plenty of other items with that problem). I could have worn it without washing it, but I didn't. It laundered beautifully. My only complaint is that the double layer of satin makes for a hot head midway through the night. So, I rarely make it through the whole night without ripping it off. Fits well because the elastic at the edge is adjustable.Comfortable and cute! It does slide a bit compared to other bonnets I've used.
