It does it's jobThey are rubber so be sure you understand that before buying them. They will pull and tug and are not easily tightened. But! They work, last and stay in place.Got these on a deal and there are a TON in the bag. The stretch pretty good and I only had two break on me so far. Not bad!These were not like the clear hair ties I've grown custom to. My fine and straight so i use smaller hairs to do multiple ponytails for a fuller look, but i had a hard time with these. They are straight rubber bands which pull on the little hair that i do have. Definitely not recommending fine straight hair.MyDaughter hairSo soSo I bought this to start doing cute hairstyles on my baby, but the smell is so bad. The rubber bands smell like poop.
