It is important to me to fill the gaps in my teens nutrition and I feel these do the job! When I can get him to consistently take them he seems to have less breakouts, better mood and higher energy.My 13 year old son, he will be 14 in July has been taking this for a a year and a half now. It's not always the easiest to get him to eat his fruits & veggies so I needed a supplement (per my doctors recommendation). During the times when I have forgotten to order the replacement right away, it's been noticeable when he doesn't take it for a few days. He has a lot less energy but alot more attitude without this multivitamin lol. (I have them on Subscribe & Save for this reason.)He takes 2 in the morning because he can't sleep at night if he takes them in the afternoon.It is flavorless & the pills are regular size. My son will not take pills that are too large, have a weird texture, smell or taste and he has no problem whatsoever taking these.Keeps my kid bright eyed & bushy tailed AND keeping this teen mom sane since 2020 lol. Y'all are awesome.)Bought this for my 12 yr old boy , has sensory disorders, and due to meds he barely eats and is constipated. First day he took it he said he liked that it’s easy to swallow, no taste, and he said mom I finally went to the bathroom lol. TMI. But he’s happy with it. Now today is the second day and hoping his appetite will open up with these vitamins.I bought a bottle for him (my son) and for (her) my daughter. Both of my kids are teens. While I can't write this review for my daughter because she is not consistent in taking her vitamins every day....or week lol.This review is for my son. This is my second bottle. The capsules are average size and let's face it, not too many vitamins taste "good" unless you're adding sweeteners. We didn't want sweeteners or gummies because it doesn't make any sense. Like "here's some healthy vitamins with sugar and/or sucralose" no thanks.I, as a parent, definitely noticed my son's attitude change. He's chill instead of taking offense to anything I said, like hey it's sunny today! Grrrrraaaahhhh who cares if it's sunny!I also noticed his breakouts on his back and face have went from kind of severe, red, and enflamed to just a basic teen breakout that isn't as enflamed, numerous or severe. My son says these vitamins help him feel like he can actually concentrate. I don't think he's bullsh*ttin cause he hasn't become frustrated with school work or left me pulling my hair out trying to get projects done. So all in all these vitamins are A+++ for us compared to other brands we tried from big well known vitamin stores to Smarty people in pants. These Maxi teen health vitamins are awesome. This is his second bottle and we're definitely keeping him on this brand, at least for my own sanity hahaha.I love that it’s targeted especially for teens. The smell and taste is awful but again what taste good that’s actually good for you.I have been buying the His and Hers bottles of Maxi Teen for at least a couple of years. My son is 14 and my daughter is 12. I like that they are made with natural ingredients and that they are specialized for the gender of the child. I think the capsules are a reasonable size and my kids have no trouble swallowing them. The capsules don't smell and taste great, but the kids don't really spend a lot of time smelling or tasting them. They just drop the capsule in their mouths and take a drink. As far as the His bottle not matching the product description, I'm pretty sure that's just a misprint. The Hers label matches the description of the His bottle in the advertisement, if that makes any sense.Bottom Line: We're really happy with these vitamins, will continue to buy them, and have no complaints.I am someone with a weak immune system, and I was getting viruses very often, making feel very sick for sometimes weeks at a time. A relative recommended MaxiHealth Multivitamins, so I could supplement my diet with vitamins I was lacking. I saw a change in my health within a month-I have gotten sick much less often since I started taking Maxihealth vitamins daily, and it paticularly helped me get through the winter months (I am very sensitive to the cold, and tend to get my viruses during the winter). I found that Maxihealth vitamins are sold at a fair price for the benifits I they offer. I have them with my breakfasr, and they are very easy to consume. May we all be able to live healthy lives and get the nutrition we need!My son has sensory processing disorder as do many children on the spectrum. He can smell and tastes things that no one else does. It took us many years before he would swallow any supplement. We are glad that we found one that doesn't smell or taste bad to him and that does not give him a stomach ache every time he takes it. He has been taking these for several years. He is 17 yo now and I told him I would like to start having him take two capsules a day because I just noticed that a serving is two. I had not known that until recently. My oversite. I'm glad that he has been willing to continue taking just one/day for this long! Now we'll see if he can accept a new routine.
