I liked the variety of vitamin in this product I get everything I need with just taking 1 a day it’s easy to swallow and no harsh flavor like I’ve had with other products also it gives me everything I need for the price! It has made me feel so much better than when I wasn’t taking it and having more energy and motivation to do things and eat more I’ve even noticed a difference in my baby as well since I’ve starting taking it his eczema and scratching hasn’t been as bad as it was I’m absolutely loving it and hoping it will continue to do the same for us that it has been in the last 15 days?I love using mama's select products. The postnatal plus is not only affordable, but quality ingredients. The pills are small and easy to swallow, and don't leave any side effects while using them. I will continue to purchase these postnatal vitamins throughout my post partum journey, especially while I continue to breastfeed. Thank you!This postnatal helped me get through the energy slumps after delivery, especially as a breastfeeding mom. My menstrual cycle returned almost immediately, right on time the next month, and being that I was anemic during my pregnancy my iron intake and absorption was very important. This product has iron amount listed as 150% of the daily value which was perfect for me. I also noticed that the breastfeeding support claim was accurate for me, and my milk supply remained steady while I was taking the vitamins. I took a break when I accidentally forgot them before going on vacation, and when I returned to them, the benefits I experienced appeared all over again, so I can definitely attribute the positive affects to the vitamins. I experienced no negative affects with this product. It has been a great support for me during the postpartum period and I don't intend to switch to another brand.The postnatal vitamin really has helped with breastfeeding, I've taken a few vitamins so far for postnatal support and this has been the best so far. I love that I only need to take one vitamin a day also. Another plus to these vitamins is they don't make me feel sick, which I usually have a very sensitive stomach to vitamins. Great product!I was looking for a postnatal multivitamin that was not too expensive but still a good vitamin to supplement my intake while nursing. I have been happy with Mama's Select. No negative side effects. I only need to take one vitamin a day.I have used many different prenatal vitamins but saw these postnatal ones and they have been working great. I am 3 months postpartum and think they are doing a great job filling in the gaps of nutrition and helping me feel the energy I need to return to work and continue to breastfeed.So far, I have felt good while taking the product and my little one has had no complaints with the milk supply or any reactions. I will continue to take this product as I progress through my breastfeeding journey.I liked that with this vitamin I was able to take just 1 at a time per day. Vitamins I have previously bought you have to take 1 per meal or 2 per day at a time.I enjoy that the product arrived sooner than expected. This product compared to my previous vitamin I had been taking for the last 2 years has a higher potency in most of its ingredients.This has a higher vitamin a, c, d, e, b6, higher iron, zinc, and thiamine content.I will continue until I finish the bottle to make my amazon review. Until then I will continue purchasing different items from this company for postpartum and lactation.The capsules so far are easy to take, they don't really have a flavor or a smell. So they don't make me gag or feel nauseated after taking. The only issue I have is that this product contains soy!My baby is now 7 months old and I've been taking these since his birth. I've been more than happy with them - they're small enough to swallow easily, but have a broad range of vitamins and minerals. I'm conscious that some general use multivitamins may be unsuitable while breastfeeding, and these are one of the only brands I found that are not only safe, but that don't contain any animal derived ingredients either.Have only been taking these less than a month but it feels good to know I’m continuing to take care of my postnatal body during the fourth trimester, esp while breastfeeding and needing as much additional health support as possible. Also great that these are vegetarian friendly when so many aren’t. Hopefully these will continue to do the trick the next couple months!Bought these for a change from other vitamins I was taking during pregnancy. Since giving a birth and breastfeeding (and lack of sleep) I was lacking energy and had reoccurring cold. As soon as I started taking these not only my cold has gone for good (I had it for weeks!) but felt so much better even though I am sleep deprived.Highly reccomend them to all new mummy's :)Amazing! Made me feel more energetic and deffo reduced hair fall! I packed mine in my hospital bag and started them soon as I had my daughter. Noticed since I have stopped them that my hair is more thin and I feel more tired. I like that they are tailored especially for new mums and are safe to use whilst breastfeeding! Perfect gift for new mums too!My little one is 10months now and I’m still exclusively breastfeeding and taking these. My hair was falling out so bad after having her! I started taking these and a couple of weeks later it stoped! I actually ran out and didn’t bother buying more then my hair began to fall out again so I quickly got another bottle!! So definitely works well for my whilst feeding
